Basic Ringer hand tool, includes 2500 black galvanized hogrings 11/16. 

Sleeves of rings feed into the tool all at once (similar to loading a stapler).

Used to attach a fence to tension cable, a rodent barrier to another fence type and to make fence repairs. 

This tool compresses black steel wire into a ring shape, attaching fence to fence or fence to tension cable for example. 

For larger jobs, consider the Contractor ringer which is faster and has better reach for taller fences.
